Job Description

Kashmiri Sons is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our retail showroom in Haldwani. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain excellent product knowledge.

• Ensure proper merchandise display and showroom presentation.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

• Handle billing support and basic POS operations when required.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales (Apparel/Ethnic Wear preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
