Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other platforms.

Understand customers' requirements, occasion, number of guests, preferred date and budget.

Explain the different private rooms, event spaces, packages, facilities and pricing to customers.

Recommend the most suitable room/package based on the customer's requirements.

Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.

Follow up regularly with potential customers who have not yet confirmed their booking.

Handle enquiries for individual/private room celebrations as well as larger events and group bookings.

Promote birthday packages, anniversary celebrations, date-night setups, family gatherings and other celebration options.

Coordinate with the operations/team to check room availability and booking requirements.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly and weekly sales and booking targets.

Upsell additional services, packages, decorations, food, activities or add-ons wherever applicable.

Build a positive relationship with customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to booking.

Respond promptly to customer queries and provide accurate information.

Collect relevant booking details and coordinate payment/advance requirements.

Follow up with existing customers for repeat bookings and referrals.

Track competitor offerings, pricing and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Support promotional campaigns and offers to generate more bookings.
