We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive who can manage cold calling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and occasional delivery tasks. The role requires confidence, communication skills, and basic technical knowledge. Experience in jewellery sales will be an added advantage.
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
Assist walk-in and online customers with product details (jewellery knowledge is a plus).
Support sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Perform basic office tasks when required.
Coordinate with the internal team for product availability and customer requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of sales, leads, and deliveries.
Around 30% field work for deliveries on a bike.
Collect and deliver jewellery items/documents safely and on time.
Follow proper handling and safety protocols during deliveries.
English & Hindi communication is mandatory.
Basic computer skills are mandatory:
MS Excel
Google search
WhatsApp & Instagram usage
Jewellery industry experience is a big plus.
Must have a valid driving licence for two-wheeler.
