Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Chappang Bhog
Makhana products
• Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively over the phone
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
• Process orders accurately and ensure proper documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
• Min 3 to 4 years or above experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
• Experience in FMCG, food products, or healthy snacks industry (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Active listening skills and customer-centric approach
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
