Assist operations team to submit quotation as required. Conduct market survey, make marketing and sales presentations to owners as required. Coordinate with the Service Department for maximum results. Maintain existing customers and continue to develop new customers. Resolve all differences between our customers on contracts matters, expectations, etc. Prepare proposal, drawings, and quotations as required for customers. Secure orders, write out plan margin and work with operations team for commitment. Maintain a record of all jobs tendered or quoted. Furnish the weekly updated list to Business Manager. Provide weekly activities report to the Business Manager. Plan and strategize marketing and sales. Follow-up with customers for collections. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience , OR Associate/2‑year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience , OR An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Must have knowledge in Building Service, BAS, Fire Alarm & Security Systems MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 4. Need to travel as and when required Knowledge & Skills Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Working knowledge of sales tools, processes, and technologies. Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to sales stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
