2. Vendor Integration & Supplier Management
Third-Party Product Procurement: Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors and suppliers for specialized equipment not manufactured in-house (e.g., refrigeration, specialized ventilation, or custom fabrication).
Strategic Negotiation: Negotiate favorable pricing, delivery timelines, warranties, and payment terms with third-party suppliers to optimize project profit margins.
Supply Chain Alignment: Ensure all vendor-supplied products arrive on-site on time and meet the exact technical specifications and quality standards required for the project.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Team Mentorship: Guide, train, and mentor a team of two or more Junior Sales Coordinators, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company goals.
Workflow Delegation: Oversee the coordinators' daily tasks, including quotation preparation, order processing, and tracking shipping timelines to ensure seamless project delivery.
4. Financial Administration & Portals
Invoice Management: Oversee the project billing cycle, ensuring accurate documentation for complex, multi-phase project milestones.
SAP/Customer Portal Management: Personally manage or oversee the precise uploading of invoices, compliance documents, and purchase orders onto client enterprise systems (such as SAP Ariba or equivalent customer portals).
