Sales Executive

Job Title:

Location: Banglore Btm layout

Work Mode: Work from Office (Showroom-Based)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Retail / Automobile Sales preferred)

Age Limit: Up to35 years

Job Overview:

Prerna Motors is hiring Showroom Sales Executives (Male/Female) to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or automobile sales, possess good communication skills in English and Kannada, and have a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, pricing, and offers.

Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

Coordinate with the sales and finance team for smooth delivery.

Maintain daily reports of inquiries and sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail or automobile sales.

Languages: English and Kannada (mandatory).

Age: Up to 26000

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month based on performance
