Role Overview
The role focuses on driving Corporate and SME broadband sales with a strong emphasis on acquiring commercial properties such as tech parks, business centers, coworking spaces, and retail hubs.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Property Acquisition
Identify and map commercial properties across key Hyderabad zones.
Engage with property owners, facility managers, and developers to secure partnerships and Right of Entry (RoE).
Close bulk deals for broadband, leased lines, and managed connectivity solutions.
Ensure long-term retention through service agreements and relationship management.
Corporate & SME Sales
Acquire new SME and enterprise clients within assigned territories.
Drive revenue through new sales and upselling of broadband and leased line solutions.
Build relationships with key decision-makers including IT heads and business owners.
Business Development & Partnerships
Develop alliances with real estate brokers, coworking operators, and facility management firms.
Generate leads through networking and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate/SME sales within ISP or telecom industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client acquisition skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of Hyderabad’s commercial market is an advantage.
