Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telesales Executive for loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for loan products (Personal Loan / Home Loan / Business Loan / LAP, etc.)

Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation clearly

Generate leads and follow up to close sales

Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly

Coordinate with backend team for documentation and loan processing

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
