We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, and converting potential leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present company offerings and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of all leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong lead generation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Client handling and presentation skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be a plus

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred)

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience
