Sell domestic and international travel packages to individual and group clients.
Handle incoming travel inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide clients with destination and itinerary recommendations based on their preferences and budgets.
Convert leads generated through marketing into successful bookings.
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to finalize bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and promotional offers.
Attend travel trade shows, fairs, and events when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and referrals.
Proven experience in travel sales, tour operations, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and travel logistics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
