We are seeking dynamic and self-driven Sales Associate to support our General Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and explaining our insurance products in a clear and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential corporate clients and generate new sales opportunities.
Understand client’s requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Support in preparing proposals and seeking quotations from insurance companies.
Coordinate with insurance companies, underwriting, operations, and other concerned teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales service.
Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and follow up with clients regularly.
No target-based Sales
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in sales within the corporate/general insurance sector is mandatory.
· Strong understanding of general insurance products and their applications in commercial and corporate environments.
· Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
