Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven Sales Associate to support our General Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and explaining our insurance products in a clear and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential corporate clients and generate new sales opportunities.

• Understand client’s requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Support in preparing proposals and seeking quotations from insurance companies.

• Coordinate with insurance companies, underwriting, operations, and other concerned teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales service.

• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and follow up with clients regularly.

• No target-based Sales

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in sales within the corporate/general insurance sector is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of general insurance products and their applications in commercial and corporate environments.

· Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
