We are seeking a presentable and organized female Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors professionally.

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing).

Requirements:

• Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.

• Good communication skills (Tamil and English preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
