Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.

• Ensure proper display, stocking, and cleanliness of the store.

• Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions.

Requirements:

• 12th pass/Graduate with prior retail sales experience (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused, persuasive, and sales-driven attitude.

• Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
