Objective: To drive revenue by converting leads into successful property ownerships and building long-term investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting site visits and explaining project USPs to potential buyers.
Negotiating deals and handling the end-to-end sales closure process.
Following up with warm leads provided by the pre-sales team.
Staying updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales or high-ticket Direct Sales.
Excellent negotiation and "closing" skills.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting monthly targets.
Objective: To act as the first point of contact for prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitching various projects to leads via outbound calling.
Understanding client requirements and filtering qualified prospects for the Sales team.
Scheduling site visits and managing the CRM database effectively.
Building initial rapport and excitement around Countryroof Infratech projects.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
Ability to handle objections gracefully.
Prior experience in tele-sales or customer relationship management (CRM).
