Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing consumer electronics, appliances, and technology products. The role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, achieving sales targets, cross-selling accessories and services, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, budget, and preferences.

• Demonstrate features, benefits, and usage of various electronic products and appliances.

• Drive product sales and consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Promote extended warranties, device protection plans, installation services, and financing options.

• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and accessories.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile devices, computers, accessories, and emerging technologies.

• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and competitor offerings.

• Explain product specifications, benefits, and comparisons clearly to customers.

Store Operations

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked according to store guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned department.

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.

• Support billing and checkout activities when required.

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to management.

Compliance & Process Adherence

• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards.

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

• Adhere to all safety, security, and loss-prevention guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

• 0-3 years of experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, mobile, appliance, or related sectors.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
