Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on home loan products Policies.
Equip teams with in-depth product knowledge and selling techniques.
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes in home loan.
Provide support for ongoing product-related queries.
Develop training material and resources for new employees.

Required Skills and Experience:
2-3 years of experience in Homeloan training.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage audiences.
In-depth knowledge of Home loan products.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
