Job Description – Senior Sales Manager (Industrial Safety / PPE)

Position: Senior Sales Manager – Industrial Safety Products
Experience Required: 5–10 Years (Safety / PPE Trading Industry)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Complete handling of Industrial Safety / PPE product sales
Existing client relationship management (Factories, Contractors, Traders)
New business development in Faridabad, Gurgaon & Delhi NCR
Strong knowledge of products like Safety Helmets, Shoes, Gloves, Coveralls, Reflective Jackets, Fall Protection etc.
Handling bulk orders, rate negotiation & order finalization
Tender handling (ONGC / Govt / PSU experience preferred)
Team handling & sales target achievement
Market survey & competitor analysis
Payment follow-up & outstanding control

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years experience in Industrial Safety / PPE trading
Strong dealer & industrial client network
Good negotiation & communication skills
Leadership ability
Own vehicle preferred
Target-driven & result-oriented
