We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. This role demands a strong understanding of the company’s products/services and the ability to pitch to businesses effectively.
Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client companies.
Conduct product presentations, meetings, and demos tailored to client needs.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our offerings.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully.
Maintain a sales pipeline and report regularly on sales activities, forecasts, and targets.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate business development (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
