Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through various channels – cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Maintain active follow-ups with potential clients and convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
· Organize and conduct site visits and project presentations to potential clients.
· Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
· Maintain and update client databases, reports, and sales documentation.
· Participate in promotional events, expos, and property shows.
· Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries efficiently.
· Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to streamline the sales process.
Required Qualification & Skills
· Master’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Sales/Marketing/Business will be preferred.
· 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar client-facing roles.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English.
· Good knowledge of local real estate trends, pricing, and legalities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
