We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive – Real Estate with 1 to 5 years of experience in property sales. The candidate must be a graduate and capable of handling clients, site visits, and closing sales targets efficiently.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and marketing activities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs
Negotiate with clients and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update client details and follow-ups in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Graduate (Mandatory)
1 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
