Overview: We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives responsible for handling inbound leads, conducting site visits, maintaining client relationships, and closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle company-generated and self-generated leads
• Conduct minimum 3–5 site visits per week
• Maintain daily follow-up tracker in CRM
• Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
• Coordinate documentation & booking process
• Maintain strong client relationship until possession
• Achieve monthly booking targets Performance
Expectations:
• Minimum 1–2 bookings per month (depending on project size)
• 20+ quality follow-ups daily
• 90% CRM discipline compliance
• Maintain conversion ratio of 8–12%
Requirements:
• 12th pass (B.Com/BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales cycle
• Must own a vehicle (field visits required)
Presentable personality & professional attitude
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentive: 0.5% – 1% per closure (project dependent)
