1. Business Development & Market Research
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new markets, and emerging business opportunities.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support business growth strategies.
3. Gather market and customer feedback and report insights on buying patterns, pricing, and demand trends.
4. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calls, and field visits.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
0. Visit potential customers to generate new business and expand the client base.
0. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
0. Provide quotations to prospective clients and address their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
0. Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and close sales as per company guidelines.
3. Client Relationship Management & Service Support
0. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular support, guidance, and updates.
0. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and post-sales follow-ups.
0. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, claims, service, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
0. Act as the single point of contact for clients for all sales-related and service-related queries
4. Sales Strategy & Performance Management
0. Implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned targets and company objectives.
0. Monitor personal sales performance and review progress on a monthly basis.
0. Track sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and client interactions to ensure target achievement.
0. Provide regular sales performance updates and reports to management
5. Reporting, Documentation & Data Management
0. Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
0. Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, meetings, and sales activities in Excel and Google Sheets.
0. Draft official emails, proposals, follow-ups, and internal communication as required.
0. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company-maintained systems and Google Sheets
6. Brand Representation & External Engagement
0. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and client meetings.
0. Promote the company’s brand, values, and offerings in a professional and ethical manner
7. Compliance & Professional Conduct
0. Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices at all times.
0. Ensure all documentation and client communication are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards
