Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, walk‑ins, etc.
Understand client’s needs & budget; show properties & conduct site visits.
Negotiate & close sales; follow up on documentation & payments.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated on market trends, developer projects, pricing in Delhi/Gurgaon.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate
1‑2 years in real estate / direct sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills (English + Hindi)
Client‑focused, target oriented, self‑motivated
