Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries

• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM

• Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers

• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales

• Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Moti Nagar
