Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth order execution.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (inside sales).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
