A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for achieving results.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and explain features/benefits to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) for smooth client onboarding.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Freshers can also apply depending on company requirement).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities.
Effective time management and goal-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (As per company requirement)
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
₹50,000 (varies by industry, experience, and location)
