Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking activiti•s.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate HDFC home loan produ•ts.
Explain features, advantages, and documentation requirements of home l•ans.
Guide customers through the home loan application pr•cess.
Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations) to ensure timely proc•ssing.
Follow up with customers for document collection, application submission, and loan di•bursal.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to bran•h goals.
Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential partners.
