Sales Executive

• Sales Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for LCVs as assigned by management.

• Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, and networking.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional customers.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Identify new business prospects and follow up on leads.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and site visits to close sales.

• Market Intelligence:

• Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Recommend strategic actions based on market insights.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Ensure timely completion of all documentation related to vehicle sales, loans, registrations, etc.

• Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and pipeline tracking.

• Brand Representation:

• Represent Ashok Leyland in a professional and ethical manner.

• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and local marketing initiatives.
