Actively generate leads by doing field visits to transport hubs, industrial clusters, markets, and potential customer locations.
Identify and approach potential buyers (fleet owners, small transporters, businesses requiring commercial vehicles).
Explain vehicle features, technical specifications, pricing, and financing/insurance options to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Follow the complete sales cycle: lead → quotation → booking → delivery.
Handle inquiries from walk-in customers in the showroom.
Provide ongoing follow-ups after initial contact to convert interest into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with internal teams such as finance, insurance, RTO/registration, and service departments to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales pipeline, and daily/weekly reports.
