Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products/services clearly and handle basic queries.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email & online sources.
Follow up with warm leads and schedule meetings for sales team.
Maintain daily call reports and lead status in Excel/Sheets.

Skills Required

Good communication (Hindi required; basic English preferred).
Confident speaking skills & convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email).
Organized, target-oriented & good at follow-ups.
