The Mobile Sales Executive at Happi Mobiles is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, meeting store targets, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. The role involves understanding customer needs and recommending the best mobile phones, accessories offered by Happi Mobiles.
Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations.
Sell smartphones, accessories, gadgets, and value-added services (insurance, warranties, EMI options, etc.).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the store manager.
Demonstrate product features and explain comparisons between brands/models.
Ensure proper display of mobile phones and accessories as per store merchandising standards.
Maintain updated knowledge of the latest mobile launches, brands, technology trends, and pricing.
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering quick solutions and guidance.
Promote loyalty programs and repeat purchases.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, or service-related queries.
Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Degree (Any discipline).
Experience: 0–3 years in mobile retail sales or consumer electronics (freshers also welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about smartphones and accessories.
Basic understanding of billing software and POS systems.
Customer-focused attitude with strong selling skills.
