Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Brodipet, Guntur
CTC: ₹13,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their mobile phone requirements.

• Explain product features, specifications, prices, offers, and promotions.

• Recommend suitable smartphones and accessories based on customer needs.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and store sales targets.

• Generate sales through effective product demonstrations and customer engagement.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Handle product enquiries and resolve basic customer queries.

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

• Support billing, stock verification, and other store activities when required.

• Follow company sales processes, policies, and reporting requirements.

• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to achieve overall store targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any Graduation.

• Experience: 0–3 years in retail/mobile sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories is preferred.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and willing to work in a retail environment.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
