Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Promote mobile phones, accessories, gadgets, and value-added services.

• Explain product features, specifications, offers, EMI, and warranty details.

• Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales.

• Handle billing and payment processes as per company procedures.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

• Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the Store Manager.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and attendance guidelines.

• Participate in promotional activities and store campaigns.
