Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in the showroom.

• Explain vehicle features, variants, and finance options clearly to customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car models.

• Provide test drives to potential customers.

• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings.

• Coordinate with the sales team and backend operations to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain product knowledge and be updated on all promotions and offers.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication in English and Kannada is essential.

• Should own a two-wheeler and know how to drive.

• Prior experience in automobile sales or retail sales will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

• Must be presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
