Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Products: Mortgage Loans (ME), Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loan (HL), Personal Loan (PL), Credit Cards (CC)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive responsible for sourcing business, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source business through Branch, Open Market, and other channels to achieve assigned targets

• Interact with customers and explain product features, terms, and benefits clearly

• Build and maintain relationships with Customers, Branches, Dealerships, and Stores

• Handle end-to-end loan documentation (Pre & Post documentation) with customers

• Execute sales activities, events, and campaigns to drive business growth

• Maintain daily reports including lead updates, tracking, and DSR

• Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines

• Generate cross-sell opportunities through self-sourcing and referrals

Candidate Requirements:

• Open to Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
