HappyOuting is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to help travellers find and book the right tour packages. If you enjoy speaking with people and meeting sales goals, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Respond to travel inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable tour packages.
Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and booking terms clearly.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Coordinate with the operations team to support a smooth booking experience.
Work toward individual and team sales targets.
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.
A positive, persuasive, and organized approach to work.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Experience in sales, travel, or customer service is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
