Job Description

Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
Explain OLA electric scooter features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and benefits.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing and documentation.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Stay updated on OLA products, competitors, and EV market trends.
Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management.
