Job Summary
A Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and mentoring junior sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–7+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
