Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive responsible for lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role involves handling CRM leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue through customer acquisition and relationship management.

This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to report to the office for one month of on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and manage daily assigned leads from CRM

• Convert leads into paying customers through regular follow-ups

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

• Maintain accurate lead updates and customer interaction records

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth order processing

• Re-engage inactive or dropped leads to improve conversions

• Handle customer queries throughout the sales cycle

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Deliver a positive customer experience during the sales process

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Confident in handling customer conversations

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic understanding of sales and business development

• Proficiency in Kannada and English preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
