Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Sales Executive will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

• Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and address client queries.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

• Fast learner with a passion for sales.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
