Debt2NoDebt is seeking dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executives to join our team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidates must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, and should possess excellent communication skills in English.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and support clients—especially from South Laughgate—by helping them understand and resolve their debt-related concerns with empathy and clarity.
Handle inbound and outbound client calls related to debt management and resolution.
Provide clear, empathetic, and language-specific support to South Indian clients.
Follow up on payment collections and client document submissions.
Maintain and update CRM systems accurately.
Collaborate with the legal and operations teams for case updates and client coordination.
Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam is mandatory.
Must be able to understand and communicate clearly in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must reside within 20 km of Malad, Mumbai.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or collections is preferred.
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of debt recovery/legal process is a plus (training will be provided).
On-site at our Malad office. Candidates must be located within a 20 km radius of Malad or willing to relocate nearby.
