GoGreen Ventures is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to lead the conversion of leads into successful solar system installations. The role involves both field sales and office-based client engagement, focusing on residential housing societies and industrial clients such as factories. The candidate will be responsible for conducting meetings, closing deals, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Conduct sales meetings with potential clients to present and promote GoGreen’s solar energy solutions.
Spend 2 days a week in the field to generate new leads, including visits to residential societies and industrial premises.
Spend 4 days in the office or attending pre-scheduled client meetings.
Understand client needs, assess site feasibility (with technical team), and guide them through the solar system purchase process.
Provide accurate information on system benefits, pricing, ROI, and government policies/incentives.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until closure.
Coordinate with the pre-sales team for quotation support and technical inputs.
Maintain a CRM log of meetings, follow-ups, and deal statuses.
Collect feedback post-installation to gauge customer satisfaction.
Monthly kW Sold – Total solar capacity sold each month.
Follow-Up Consistency – Timely and strategic follow-ups with all assigned leads.
Customer Satisfaction – Measured through NPS scores or direct feedback post-sale.
1–4 years of sales experience (experience in solar, renewable energy, or B2B sales is preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and client meetings.
Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
Basic understanding of solar systems and sustainable energy solutions (training will be provided).
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
Prior experience with housing societies, gated communities, or industrial clients.
