We are hiring a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive for our Delhi/NCR operations. This role is open to professionals with prior experience in the elevator/lift industry or related sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B selling experience, a technical understanding of vertical mobility systems, and the ability to manage long sales cycles involving builders, architects, consultants, and facility teams.
Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, and commercial segments across Delhi/NCR.
Sales Closure: Manage end-to-end sales processes — from lead qualification and proposal discussions to negotiation and deal closure.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, PMC consultants, developers, and decision-makers.
Solution Selling: Recommend elevator solutions tailored to client-specific technical and spatial requirements.
Market Insights: Stay informed about local project activity, competitor offerings, and price movements.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (design, technical, and installation) to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Prior experience in sales of elevators/lifts is highly preferred. Candidates from related industries like construction, real estate, or architectural products are also welcome.
Demonstrated ability to sell premium products to mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of elevator specifications, installation parameters, and project coordination requirements.
Existing professional networks within the Delhi/NCR real estate ecosystem would be a plus.
Graduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site discussions as needed.
