GetMyCouch, a leading retailer of comfortable and stylish furniture in Noida, is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our sales and marketing efforts, directly engage with customers, and contribute to the growth of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Generate and follow up on leads to drive new customer acquisition.

• Engage actively with customers by showcasing products, explaining features, and offering personalized recommendations.

• Handle customer queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.

• Convert customer interest into confirmed sales using effective sales techniques.

• Manage end-to-end customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Assist in marketing and sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Passion for furniture and home decor (a plus!)

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of Ms Office, Social media platforms and marketing tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Compensation:

• INR: 25,000 to 35,000 Per month
