Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop new business, generate leads, communicate with customers, understand their requirements, and achieve sales targets. Experience in play equipment, indoor play zones, soft toys, trampoline parks, furniture, or related manufacturing products will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, references, social media, and online platforms.

• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements and budgets.

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.

• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.

• Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and pending orders.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to fulfil customer requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management.

• Coordinate with customers from enquiry stage through order completion and payment follow-up.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM software.

• Good presentation and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.

• Basic understanding of technical drawings/products is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
