About the Role We’re looking for dynamic, motivated professionals to join our Business Development & Operations team. You’ll drive customer acquisition, ensure client success, and contribute to innovation and growth across sales, marketing, and servicing functions. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and acquire new clients through direct and indirect channels. ● Conduct product demos, manage proposals, and build long-term client partnerships. ● Lead onboarding, training, and account management to ensure client satisfaction. ● Create engaging marketing and communication collateral to drive visibility. ● Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance user experience and adoption. ● Research market trends and contribute ideas for product innovation. What We’re Looking For ● Strong problem-solving and communication skills. ● Ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results. ● Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset. ● Willing to travel and work flexibly when required. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Hotel Management, or Engineering. ● Experience in startups, hospitality, or B2B SaaS/product sales is preferred. ● Multilingual ability (e.g., Hindi, Kannada) and proficiency in MS Office/Canva/Google Suite are a plus.
