Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, identifying needs, and providing expert advice on vehicle models, features, and technology.
Sales Process: Demonstrating vehicle capabilities via test drives, explaining warranties, and overcoming objections to close sales.
Administrative Duties: Preparing sales contracts, managing financing paperwork, and inputting client data into CRM systems.
Lead Generation & Follow-up: Conducting cold calls, networking, and following up with past customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on inventory, EV/hybrid technology, and competitor models.
Dealership Operations: Assisting with showroom display setups and adhering to legal compliance.
