Our SAAS Platform FOXBOX Rewards automates gifting, merchandise, rewards, and loyalty solutions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage backend operations and provide support to the business team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with managing day-to-day operational tasks while also contributing to lead generation through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage quotations and proposals.

• Maintain and update Excel sheets for data management and reporting.

• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for client and internal use.

• Handle day-to-day backend operations efficiently.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients (client list will be provided).

• Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team during spare time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

• Prior experience in operations, backend support, or sales coordination preferred.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
