Manage inquiries related to gifting, rewards, and incentive projects.
Lead Generation: Reconnect with previous clients to explore new opportunities.
Order Management: Collaborate with internal teams to address order-related concerns, including billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Create product presentations and quotations.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer record maintenance.
Regular Reporting: Provide daily and weekly updates on progress.

Job Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
Candidates residing in the western suburbs, particularly Andheri, are preferred.
Basic Knowledge of AI, Chatgpt prompts.
